1 cup Organic Rice cooked

1 tbsp Aged Tamari

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Olive Oil

1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1/4 cup Lacto-Fermented Red Onions

2 cloves Garlic minced

1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced

1 tsp Cumin

1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

2 tbsp Organic Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Turmeric powder

1/4 tsp MSG

1/2 cup Swiss Chard chiffonade

2 tbsp Lime Juice

1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped (garnish)

1 tbsp Coconut Shreds unsweetened (garnish)

UTENSILS

Large Sauce Pan

Wooden Spatula for mixing

1/4 Teaspoon

Teaspoon

Tablespoon

PREPARATION (Turmeric Rice)

  1. Mince your Garlic and Ginger, Chop Lacto-Fermented Red Onions and Cilantro and Chiffonade Swiss Chard

  2. Add Olive Oil and Coconut Oil to Large Sauce Pan on Low Heat

  3. Add Garlic and Salt

  4. Mix thoroughly

  5. Bloom Garlic

  6. Add Ginger, Cumin, Tamari and MSG

  7. Mix thoroughly

  8. Raise heat to Medium heat

  9. Add cooked Rice, Coconut Milk, Turmeric and Lime Juice

  10. Mix thoroughly

  11. Cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally

  12. Add Swiss Chard

  13. Mix thoroughly

  14. Cook another 3 minutes stirring occasionally

  15. Remove from heat

  16. Add Cilantro and Coconut Shreds

  17. Eat and Enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
