INGREDIENTS

1 small jar Green Thai Panang Curry Paste

2 cups Coconut Milk

1 package Organic Extra Firm Tofu (drained & pressed)

1 small Red Bell Pepper sliced thin

3 cloves Garlic minced

1/4 cup Lemongrass fresh

1/2 cup Basil leaves

1 tbsp Tamari

1 tbsp Chinese Chili Paste

2 tbsp Cold-Pressed Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil

1/4 tsp MSG

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

2 cups Rice (serve over)

UTENSILS

Large Cooking Pot with Lid

Large Mixing Spoon

Rubber Spatula

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

Can Opener

1/4 Teaspoon

1/2 Teaspoon

PREPARATION (Thai Panang Curry)

  1. After Tofu is pressed, Cut into 1/2” x 1/2” squares

  2. Add Olive Oil to Large Cooking Pot on Medium Heat

  3. Add Tofu and Garlic

  4. Mix thoroughly

  5. Sauté till Tofu and Garlic starts to brown stirring occasionally

  6. Reduce heat to Low

  7. Add ALL Ingredients

  8. Mix thoroughly

  9. Bring to Boil

  10. Reduce heat and Simmer 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally

  11. Remove from heat

  12. Serve with Rice or enjoy on its own

  13. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
