1 Schar Gluten-Free Pizza Dough our easy to make Hand-Pressed Pizza Dough

1/4 cup Healing Marinara Sauce*

1 cup Plant-Mozzarella

1/4 cup Plant-Parmesan

1/2 cup Jackfruit “Chicken”*

1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes sliced

1/4 cup Broccoli Florets chopped fine

1/4 cup Carrots shredded

1/4 cup Pineapple chunks

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 cup fresh Cilantro chopped (garnish)

1/4 cup fresh Bean Sprouts (garnish)

Spicy Peanut Sauce* (garnish)

1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

UTENSILS

Air Fryer or Oven

Pizza Cutter

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

1/4 Teaspoon

PREPARATION (Thai Jackfruit Pizza)

  1. Have Jackfruit “Chicken” and Healing Marinara made

  2. Slice Cherry Tomatoes, Broccoli, Pineapple and Cilantro

  3. Spread Healing Marinara Sauce* evenly over entire Gluten-Free Pizza Dough all the way to the edges

  4. Spread Plant-Mozzarella evenly over the entire pizza dough all the way to the edges

  5. Add Plant-Parmesan

  6. Add Jackfruit “Chicken” evenly over the entire pizza dough

  7. Add Cherry Tomatoes, Broccoli, Carrots, Pineapple, Salt and Red Pepper Flakes

  8. Bake at 410 F for 11-15 minutes

  9. While your Pizza is baking make your Spicy Peanut Sauce* if you don’t have it prepared

  10. Remove Pizza from the oven and let rest 5 minutes before cutting

  11. Top with fresh Bean Sprouts

  12. Drizzle with Spicy Peanut Sauce*

  13. Cut into 8 pieces

  14. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
