INGREDIENTS

1 box Gluten-Free Spaghetti

4-6 cups Living Whole Food Water

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Olive Oil

3-4 cloves Garlic minced

2 tbsp Organic Tahini

1 tsp Tamari

1/2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/3 cup fresh Tomato cubed

2 tbsp fresh Basil chiffonade (g

UTENISLS

Medium Cooking Pot

Wooden Spatula

Colander

1/4 Teaspoon

Teaspoon

1/4 Cup

Chef’s Knife

PREPARATION (Tahini Dream Pasta)

  1. Boil Water in Medium Cooking pot with a pinch of Salt

  2. While Water Boils Mince Garlic, Chop Tomatoes & Chiffonade Basil

  3. Cook Spaghetti Pasta according to package directions

  4. Strain Cooked Spaghetti in Colander and rinse with COLD Water until ALL the Pasta is COLD to the touch. This is very IMPORTANT!!! Pasta will continue to cook to mush unless rinsed COLD with ice COLD Water

  5. Add Olive Oil and Garlic to Pot on LOW Heat

  6. Stir Garlic occasionally with Wooden Spatula

  7. When Garlic Blooms (become fragrant) Add Tahini and LOWER stove to LOWEST setting

  8. Add Tamari and Aged Balsamic Vinegar

  9. Mix with Wooden Spatula till well incorporated

  10. Add Rinsed, Drained, Cold Spaghetti Pasta to Pot

  11. Mix thoroughly

  12. Raise Heat to Medium-Low

  13. Bring Pasta up to temperature

  14. Remove from Heat

  15. Add fresh Tomato, Salt & Plant-Parmesan

  16. Mix thoroughly

  17. Garnish with fresh Basil chiffonade

  18. Serve on its own or with Garlic Bread and Salad

  19. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
