INGREDIENTS

2 Gluten-Free Soft Corn Tortillas

4 tbsp Al Pastor Sauce

1/2 cup Jackfruit “Chicken”

2 tbsp Lacto-Fermented Red Onions

2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro

Fresh Lime Wedges

Organic Refined Coconut Oil (heating tortillas)

UTENSILS

2 Small Skillets

Mixing Spoon

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

Tablespoon

1/2 Cup

PREPARATION (Al Pastor Tacos)

  1. Have Al Pastor Sauce, Lacto-Fermented Red Onions & Jackfruit “Chicken” ready before you begin
  2. Chop Cilantro & Lime Wedges
  3. Add Jackfruit “Chicken” & Al Pastor Sauce to Small Skillet on Medium Heat & bring to temperature stirring occasionally
  4. Remove from Heat & set aside
  5. Heat up Coconut Oil in Small Skillet; just enough to coat bottom of Skillet
  6. Heat Tortillas one-at-a-time in 2nd Small Skillet on Medium heat flipping to heat both sides
  7. Put Heated Tortillas on plate and begin to assemble
  8. Starting at the bottom with ingredients down the center of each Tortilla Al Pastor Sauce, Heated Jackfruit “Chicken” Sauce Mix, Lacto-Fermented Red Onions, Fresh Cilantro, Squeeze of Lime
  9. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
