SUSTAINABLE HEALING FOODS: STRAWBERRY CHIA PUDDING

Pudding for Breakfast? Yes, please! And the refrigerator does most of the work? Double Yes! This pudding is so easy to make and doubles as a dessert. How about a pudding with all 9 Essential Amino Acids, 18 of 22 amino acids, all your trace minerals, all your B Vitamins, Vitamins A, C, D, E and K, a ton of protein, omega-3 and omega-6 in the perfect ratio and healthy complex carbohydrates? How about a pudding that strengthens your bones, hair, teeth, eyes, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and brain? 1 cup Strawberries chopped divided

1/3 cup 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup

1 tbsp Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder

1 tsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar

2 tbsp MCT oil

1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Pura Vida Healing Granola (garnish)

Pura Vida Healing Chocolate Sauce (garnish)

UTENSILS

Large Mixing Bowl

Rubber Spatula

Vitamix or Blender

Small Mason Jars with Lids

1/4 Teaspoon

1/2 Teaspoon

Teaspoon

PREPARATION

  1. Put all ingredients except Strawberries in Large Mixing Bowl

  2. Mix

  3. Cover and Refrigerate overnight

  4. Add all contents of Large Mixing Bowl to Blender plus HALF the chopped Strawberries

  5. Blend till smooth

  6. Adjust sweetness to your palate

  7. Transfer to Small Mason Jars with Lids

  8. Keep in refrigerator till ready to serve

  9. Serve topped with one of our Pura Vida Healing Granolas, shredded coconut and the remaining chopped Strawberries drizzled with our Pura Vida Healing Chocolate Sauce

  10. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
