1 cup Organic Rice cooked

1 tbsp Aged Tamari

1 tbsp Sesame Oil

1 tbsp Chinese Chili Paste

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Olive Oil

1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1/4 cup Mushrooms chopped

2 cloves Garlic minced

1 tbsp Green Onion cut with Scissors

1/2 cup Bok Choy chopped

1 tbsp Ginger powder

1/4 tsp MSG

1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped (garnish)

1 tsp White Sesame Seeds (garnish)

1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds (garnish)

1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1 pkg Silken Tofu

UTENSILS

Large Sauce Pan

Wooden Spatula for mixing

1/4 Teaspoon

Teaspoon

1/4 Cup

1/2 Cup

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

Scissors

PREPARATION (Sesame Ginger Rice)

  1. Mince your Garlic and Chop your Mushrooms, Bok Choy and Cilantro and cube your Silken Tofu into 1×1 squares

  2. Add Olive Oil and Coconut Oil to Large Sauce Pan on Low Heat

  3. Add Garlic and Salt

  4. Mix thoroughly

  5. Bloom Garlic

  6. Add Mushrooms and MSG

  7. Mix thoroughly

  8. Raise heat to Medium and sauté 3 minutes stirring occasionally

  9. Add Ginger powder, Tamari, Sesame Oil, Chinese Chili Paste and cubed Silken Tofu

  10. Mix thoroughly

  11. Cook another 3 minutes stirring occasionally

  12. Add cooked Rice

  13. Mix thoroughly

  14. Cook another 3 minutes stirring occasionally

  15. Add Bok Choy

  16. Mix thoroughly

  17. Clap Green Onion in your hands like you are applauding

  18. Cut Green Onion with Scissors into Rice

  19. Mix thoroughly

  20. Remove from Heat

  21. Add White Sesame Seeds, Black Sesame Seeds and Cilantro

  22. Mix thoroughly

  23. Eat and Enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
