Let’s prepare some food…

INGREDIENTS (Saag Paneer)

1 block Organic Tofu Crunchies*

1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil

3-4 cloves Garlic minced

2 cups Organic Spinach torn

1 tbsp Tamari

1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Shallots chopped

1 1/4 cups Organic Coconut Milk

1 tsp Ginger powder

2 tbsp Turmeric powder

2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Cumin powder

2 tsp Curry powder

1/4 tsp MSG

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 cup Rice cooked (serve over)

UTENSILS

Air Fryer

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

Large Cooking Pot

Wooden Spatula for mixing

Blender or Immersion Blender

1/4 Teaspoon

1/2 Teaspoon

Teaspoon

Tablespoon

PREPARATION (Saag Paneer)

  1. Have Tofu Crunchies* pressed, marinated and air-fryed and Rice cooked before you begin

  2. Mince Garlic and Chop Shallots

  3. Add Coconut Oil and minced Garlic to Large Cooking Pot on Low heat

  4. Bloom Garlic

  5. Add Shallots and mix thoroughly

  6. When Shallots starts to become translucent ADD Spinach

  7. Mix thoroughly

  8. ADD Tamari, Lemon Juice, Coconut Milk, Ginger, Turmeric, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Curry powder, MSG and Salt

  9. Mix thoroughly

  10. Raise heat to Medium

  11. Cook down 5-6 minutes

  12. Remove from Heat

  13. Allow to Cool a little

  14. Use the Immersion Blender to blend smooth

  15. Add to Medium heat

  16. Add chopped Tofu Crunchies*

  17. Mix thoroughly

  18. Reheat bringing it up to temperature stirring occasionally

  19. Serve over Rice

  20. Eat and enjoy guilt free because every bite nourishes your body
