INGREDIENTS

1 box Gluten-Free Spaghetti

2 cups Living Whole Food Water

1 cup Organic Soy Milk

1/4 cup Plant-Butter

3 cloves Garlic minced

1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (divided)

1 tsp Tamari

2-3 tbsp Fresh Rosemary (divided)

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Dried Parsley

1 tsp Herbs de Provence

1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/4 tsp MSG

1/2 cup Plant-Parmesan shredded (garnish)

UTENSILS

Large Sauce Pan with Lid

Tongs

1/4 Teaspoon

½ Teaspoon

Teaspoon

Tablespoon

¼ Cup

1/2 Cup

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

PREPARATION (Garlic & Rosemary Pasta)

  1. Add Plant-Butter to Large Sauce Pan

  2. Melt Butter

  3. Add Garlic

  4. Add 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  5. Mix with Tongs

  6. Add Water, Soy Milk, Tamari, Garlic powder, Black Pepper, remainder of Salt, Parsley, Herbs de Provence, Smoked Paprika and MSG to Large Sauce Pan

  7. Add HALF the Rosemary and clap it in your hands before dropping into the Sauce

  8. Mix thoroughly

  9. Bring to Boil

  10. Add Pasta

  11. Cook Pasta to box’s instructions

  12. Mix occasionally

  13. Sauce will thicken as Pasta Cooks

  14. When Pasta is done cooking and sauce is thickened remove from heat

  15. Add Plant-Parmesan

  16. Mix thoroughly

  17. Serve alone or with Garlic Bread and your favorite Pura Vida Salad

  18. Eat and Enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
