A good burger is juicy, fatty, tender and chewy and our Sirloin Plant-Burger knocks it out of the park plus it’s easy to make. No fancy equipment or ingredients required. A lot of the plant-based burger recipes I’ve seen and tried have a lot of steps with ingredients I have to special order. It became important to me to create a healing plant-based burger that was easy to make just like making an animal burger only with different ingredients. The most complicated step is using a cheese grater so if you can operate a cheese grater you can make delicious healing gourmet Sirloin Plant-Burgers in less than 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Sirloin Plant-Meat Crumbles* (2 Burgers)

2 tbsp Frozen Organic Refined Coconut Oil*

1 tbsp Pea Protein Powder*

1 tbsp Aquafaba Liquid

1 tbsp Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour

1/4 tsp Chili Powder

UTENSILS

Large Bowl

Large Wooden Mixing Spoon

Cheese Grater

Tablespoon

1/4 Teaspoon

1/2 Cup

Wax Paper or Parchment Paper

Chef’s Knife

PREPARATION (Sirloin Plant-Burger)

  1. Have Sirloin Plant-Meat Crumbles,* Pea Protein Powder* and Frozen Organic Refined Coconut Oil* ready before you begin

  2. Rough Cut your Sirloin Plant-Meat Crumbles so you have uneven pieces

  3. Add Sirloin Plant-Meat Crumbles*, Aquafaba, Pea Protein Powder,* Gluten-Free Flour and Chili Powder to Large Bowl

  4. Mix thoroughly with Large Wooden Mixing Spoon

  5. Use Cheese Grater to Grate Frozen Organic Refined Coconut Oil* over Large Bowl

  6. Mix thoroughly

  7. Lay Wax Paper or Parchment Paper on counter

  8. Wash your hands and nails thoroughly with soap and hot water

  9. Use your clean hands to roll the mixed Plant-Meat into 2 Balls

  10. Pat each Ball into a Patty

  11. When your Patty is formed, place your Patty onto Wax Paper until ready to cook

  12. You can store Pattys in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks and in the freezer for months

  13. When you’re ready to heat up Burgers they taste the best heated up in Organic Coconut Oil at a high heat for 2 minutes on both sides then reduce heat & cook normally

  14. Heat, Eat and Enjoy because every bite nourishes your body

Plant-Sirloin Crumbles

These easy to make plant-sirloin crumbles have a big dose off all 9 essential amino acids plus it tastes like sirloin, tears like sirloin and chews like sirloin. When we serve this everyone always says, "We thought you guys ate plants." Yes, yes we do. These plant-sirloin crumbles also last for weeks in the fridge so I like to keep a batch ready in the fridge for last minute meals.

Green Pea Powder

There's no recipe here because there is only one ingredient and one piece of equipment to make it. Maybe you've seen recipes around asking for "modified pea protein" so you look on Amazon or your favorite health food retailer and they want like $12+ bucks for this small little bag of powder. Yeah, that's a scam and all your buying is packaging because inside it's just split green peas ground into powder in a spice grinder. Yep, that's it. You're welcome.

Secret Sauce

This is my partner's secret sauce he put on his kids burgers and his grand-kids burgers since they were big enough and he said I could share it with ya'll after we gave it the Foodology makeover.

Our Healing Ketchup is pretty easy to make and gives you complete control over the source of your ingredients. There are also commercial ketchups sold even in Walmart made without GMO ingredients or highly processed sweeteners. Not as good as this one or as healthy... it lasts for months in the fridge... just saying.
