INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups Mixed Greens

1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced

1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries

1/4 cup Crushed Walnuts

1/4 cup Cucumber sliced and quartered

1/4 cup Carrots Shredded

1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes sliced

1/4 cup Fresh Sprouts (garnish)

1 tbsp Basil chiffonade

1 tbsp Mint chiffonade

2 tsp Herbs de Provence

2 tbsp Pomegranate Vinaigrette*

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 cup Pura Vida Potatoes Confit*

UTENSILS

Large Mixing Bowl

Tongs for mixing

PREPARATION (One Love Salad)

  1. Have Pura Vida Potatoes Confit* and Pomegranate Vinaigrette* ready ahead of time

  2. Cut your Strawberries, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Mint ahead of time

  3. Add Roasted Potatoes to Large Mixing Bowl

  4. Add hand-shredded Mixed Greens to Large Mixing Bowl

  5. Add Cucumber, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes to Large Mixing Bowl

  6. Mix with Tongs

  7. Add ALL remaining ingredients EXCEPT Sprouts and Pomegranate Vinaigrette

  8. Add Pomegranate Vinaigrette

  9. Toss One Love Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette using Tongs for mixing

  10. Serve on Big Serving Plate

  11. Top with Fresh Sprouts

  12. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
