Hand-Pressed Gluten-Free Pizza Crust

You can use a 10" gluten-free pizza crust with a sourdough starter from Schar Bakery or click here to learn how to make your crust from scratch that's so easy even the kiddos can help.

5-Minute Marinara

This is the easiest marinara sauce to make and it has a great depth of flavor with very little effort plus it keeps in the fridge for weeks. Last minute gluten-free pizza toast here I come!

We make this plant-mozzarella in the blender with silken tofu. It grates, it shreds, it melts and tastes like cow mozzarella.

Refried Black Beans

Making refried beans is super easy. We like to use black beans because they are the richest in niacin and zinc. Our recipe gets out all the lectins so these beans wont give you gas or make you toot.

Plant-Sirloin Crumbles

These easy to make plant-sirloin crumbles have a big dose off all 9 essential amino acids plus it tastes like sirloin, tears like sirloin and chews like sirloin. When we serve this everyone always says, "We thought you guys ate plants." Yes, yes we do. These plant-sirloin crumbles also last for weeks in the fridge so I like to keep a batch ready in the fridge for last minute meals.

Lacto-Fermented Red Onion

Inspired by the tasty slightly spicy pickled red onions from roadside Baja taco stands and we're using lacto-fermentation instead of vinegar so we populate your gut with all 8 beneficial bacteria that is the foundation of your immune system. Plus they are crazy easy to make.

Lacto-Fermented Jalapenos

Inspired by movie theater nachos, we're using lacto-fermentation instead of vinegar to make these tasty pickled jalapenos so we populate your gut with all 8 beneficial bacteria that is the foundation of your immune system. Plus they are crazy easy to make.

Habanero Agave Syrup

We love this easy to make spicy sweet sauce drizzled on pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, salads and more. Just add the ingredients to a bottle and shake.
