2 tbsp Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Olive Oil

1/2 cup Mushrooms Confit*

1/2 cup Fresh Tomatoes diced

1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (divided)

2 tsp Tamari

2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tbsp Italian Herbs

2 tsp Basil (fresh or dried)

1 tsp Oregano (fresh or dried)

1/4 tsp MSG

1/2 cup Plant-Sirloin*

1/2 cup Fresh Spinach (chiffonade)

1 tbsp Pura Vida Tofu Eggs* (per egg)

1/2 cup Plant-Cheddar shredded

UTENSILS

Large Deep Sauce Pan

Wooden Spatula

1/4 Teaspoon

½ Teaspoon

Teaspoon

Tablespoon

1/2 Cup

Chef’s Knife

PREPARATION

  1. Have Pura Vida Plant-Sirloin*, Mushroom Confit* and Tofu Eggs* ready before you begin

  2. Add Olive Oil to Large Deep Saucepan on Medium-Low Heat

  3. AddPlant-Sirloin

  4. Stir thoroughly with Wooden Spatula

  5. Sauté 2–3 minutes stirring occasionally

  6. Add Mushroom Confit, Spinach, Tamari, Himalayan Pink Salt, Garlic powder, Smoked Paprika, Basil, Oregano & MSG

  7. Stir thoroughly

  8. Add Tomatoes, Salt, Tamari, Garlic powder, Chili powder, Smoked Paprika and MSG

  9. Stir thoroughly

  10. Sauté 4–6 minutes stirring occasionally

  11. Add Pura Vida Tofu Eggs*

  12. Stir thoroughly

  13. Remove from Heat with Tofu Eggs* are to temperature

  14. Add Plant-Cheddar & cover till plant-cheese starts to melt

  15. Enjoy on gluten-free toast or right out of the pan
