Smoothie

Start your day with a Smoothie within 1 hour of waking. Smoothies are versatile with an endless cornucopia of fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and powders. Every Smoothie must include: 1/2 cup Whole Fruit, 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp Golden Flax Seeds, 1/4 cup Coconut Water, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1/4 cup Wholesome Sucanat, ice and top with with B-Corp Soy Milk.

Breakfast

Breakfast is important and we want you to continue nourishing your body with a perfect balance of all 9 Essential Amino Acids. Remember a meal is the size of your fist, a snack is half that size. Whether you sit down with your family or grab something to do, Breakfast is best eaten 2 hours after your Smoothie.

Lunch

Eat Lunch 4 hours after Breakfast. Something like this Cuban Sandwich, Plant-Tacos al Pastor, Gluten-Free Burrito, ALT Sandwich, Taco Salad or an Epic PB&J.

Snacks

If you feel hungry between meals please eat a Snack. Something like Chia Turmeric Energy Balls, Nacho Cheese Popcorn, Hummus with Veggie Sticks, Avocado Toast or Tofu Pillows with Ponzu Sauce. We want you to eat Snacks that support your body's nutrition instead of spiking your glucose and sending you on a roller coaster. Lets keep roller coasters to 6 Flags.

Dinner

Enjoy Dinner 4 hours after Lunch and remember a meal is the size of your fist. Something like Rosemary Pasta, Cilantro Avocado Pasta, Turmeric Rice, Caprese Deluxe Pizza or Plant-Sirloin Burger.

Dessert

We love Dessert especially when it has all 9 Essential Amino Acids and will satiate your sweet tooth. Enjoy Dessert 1-2 hours after Dinner and remember Dessert is the the same size as a Snack 1/2 the size of your fist.
