2 slices Gluten-Free Sourdough Schar Bread

2 tbsp Chunky All-Natural Peanut Butter

2 tbsp All-Natural Concord Grape Jelly

1/2 Banana underripe 

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Coconut Shreds unsweetened 


Air Fryer or Oven (warm up bread)

Cutting Board

Spreader or Butter Knife

Teaspoon (optional)

Paring Knife (for cutting Bananas)

PREPARATION (Epic PB&J Sandwich)

  1. Thinly cover inside of both slices of Bread with Peanut Butter
  2. Put in Air Fryer or Oven Face-Up
  3. Bake at 350 F for 4-6 minutes to warm up Bread NOT toast it
  4. Slice Banana while Bread in warming
  5. Remove Bread from Air Fryer or Oven onto Cutting Board
  6. Top with Banana Slices
  7. Top with All-Natural Concord Grape Jelly
  8. Sprinkle with Cinnamon, Chia Seeds and Coconut Shreds
  9. Close Sandwich
  10. Cut in Half
  11. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
