Enjoy Dinner 4 hours after Lunch and remember a meal is the size of your fist. Something like Rosemary Pasta, Cilantro Avocado Pasta, Turmeric Rice, Caprese Deluxe Pizza or Plant-Sirloin Burger.

We are plant-based though NOT vegan. We recommend women have 1-2 servings and men have 3-4 servings of white fish (like tilapia) or shrimp a week. This is to make sure you’re getting enough vitamin B12 (a bacteria grown on nutritional yeast). You don’t have to eat white fish or shrimp if you don’t want to and can get your vitamin B12 by eating 2-4 tablespoons of nutritional yeast per day. I would rather have fish tacos twice a week but that’s just me.

Just substitute white fish (like tilapia) or shrimp for tofu in any of our recipes below a couple times a week.
