Let’s prepare some food…

INGREDIENTS

1 box Gluten-Free Rotini

4 cups Living Whole Food Water

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Olive Oil (divided)

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 cup Zucchini diced

1 cup Diablo Sauce*

1 can Organic Hearts-Of-Palm

1 Nori Sheet

1/4 tsp Saffron

1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Tamari

1/4 tsp MSG

1/4 cup fresh Basil chiffonade (garnish)

1/2 cup Plant-Parmesan shredded (garnish)

UTENSILS

Large Cooking Pot with Lid

Pasta Stirrer

Wooden Spatula

Pasta Strainer

1/4 Teaspoon

1/2 Teaspoon

Teaspoon

Cutting Board

Can Opener

Large Sauté Pan

PREPARATION (Diablo Pasta)

  1. Add Water to your Large Cooking Pot

  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  3. Cover with Lid and bring to Boil

  4. While you wait for the Water to Boil open your Hearts-Of-Palm can and drain liquid

  5. Put your Large Sauté Pan to Medium Heat

  6. Add 2 tbsp Olive Oil to your Pan

  7. Add drained Hearts-Of-Palm

  8. Add 1/4 tsp Salt

  9. Mix thoroughly with Wooden Spatula

  10. Add Nori, Saffron, Coconut Oil, Smoked Paprika, Tamari and MSG

  11. Mix thoroughly

  12. Sear the Hearts-Of-Palm then reduce heat to Low

  13. Dice Zucchini

  14. Add Zucchini to Large Sauté Pan

  15. Mix thoroughly

  16. Remove Hearts-Of-Palm from heat and set aside

  17. Add Pasta to boiling Water

  18. Add teaspoon of Olive Oil

  19. Cook uncovered to the pasta box’s instructions

  20. After the Pasta cooks and is strained add to Large Sauté Pan

  21. Add Diablo Sauce

  22. Mix thoroughly

  23. Put Sauté Pan back on Medium heat

  24. Cook until Pasta is up to desired temperature

  25. Top with Plant-Parmesan and fresh Basil

  26. Serve alone or with Garlic Bread and your favorite Pura Vida Salad

  27. Eat and Enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
