10” Schar Gluten-Free Pizza Dough or our hand-pressed dough

1/4 cup PV Healing Cesar Dressing*

1 cup Plant-Mozzarella

1/4 cup Plant-Parmesan shredded

1/4 cup Pura Vida Jackfruit “Chicken”*

1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes sliced

1/4 cup Pineapple chunks

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/4 cup Organic Romain lettuce chiffonade (garnish)

Cracked Black Pepper (optional) garnish

Pura Vida Habanero Agave Syrup* (garnish) optional



Pizza Cutter

  1. Have Cesar Dressing, Jackfruit Chicken and Habanero Agave Syrup ready before you begin

  2. Slice Cherry Tomatoes and Pineapple

  3. Spread Cesar Dressing evenly over the entire Gluten-Free Pizza Dough all the way to the edges

  4. Spread Plant-Mozzarella evenly over the entire pizza dough all the way to the edges

  5. Add Plant-Parmesan

  6. Add Jackfruit Chicken

  7. Add Cherry Tomatoes, Pineapple, Salt and Red Pepper Flakes

  8. Bake at 410 F for 11-15 minutes

  9. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before cutting

  10. Mix chiffonade Romain with Healing Cesar Dressing with tongs

  11. Top Pizza with Romain chiffonade and optional Cracked Black Pepper and Habanero Agave Syrup

  12. Eat and Enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
