1 Avocado sliced

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (divided)

2 slices Smoked Plant-Gouda

2 tbsp fresh Basil chiffonade

Fresh Sprouts (garnish)

White Truffle Oil (garnish)

UTENSILS

Airfryer or Toaster Oven

Knife for Plant-Butter and Avocado

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

1/4 Teaspoon

1/2 Teaspoon

Teaspoon

Tablespoon

PREPARATION (Avocado Toast with Fig Jam)

  1. Spread Plant-Butter evenly over both slices of Bread

  2. Put in Airfryer or Toaster Oven to warm up and toast the Bread to your preference

  3. While your Bread toasts, chiffonade your Basil

  4. Remove from Airfryer

  5. Top with Fig Jam

  6. Sprinkle with Chia Seeds

  7. Top with Basil chiffonade

  8. Top with Avocado Slices

  9. Drizzle with White Truffle Oil

  10. Sprinkle with Garlic powder, Smoked Paprika and Salt

  11. Top with Smoked Plant-Gouda

  12. Cut it half

  13. Top with Fresh Sprouts

  14. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
