We’ve taken our Pura Vida Cilantro Cream Sauce and added it to gluten-free Spaghetti with some yummy veggies. It is our opinion that health food should also taste like a 5 star experience without a 5 star cost. Full of antioxidants, trace minerals, Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, and Essential Amino Acids this pasta is packed full of nutrition and is so easy to make. Waiting for the water to boil is the most time consuming part of this recipe. You’ll boost your energy to help you loose weight, lower your cholesterol, remove arterial plaque, detox heavy metals, remove radiation from your cells and rewrite your DNA with this creamy Pasta.

Let’s prepare some food…


Gluten-Free Spaghetti

4 cups Whole Food Living Water

2 tbsp Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1 tsp Organic Tahini

1/2 tbsp Aged Tamari

1/4 cup Zucchini chopped

1/4 cup Cherry Tomato slices

1/4 cup Cilantro Cream Sauce*

1/4 cup Plant-Parmesan (garnish)

Fresh Cilantro chopped (garnish)


Large Cooking Pot with Lid

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

1/2 Teaspoon


1/4 Cup


Colander or Strainer

Wooden Spatula

PREPARATION (Avocado Cilantro Cream Pasta)

  1. Have Cilantro Cream Sauce* prepared before you begin

  2. Add 4 cups Water to Large Cooking Pot

  3. Add 1/4 tsp Salt

  4. Cover with Lid

  5. Put on High Heat

  6. When Water boils ADD Spaghetti and 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  7. Cook to box’s directions stirring occasionally

  8. While Spaghetti is cooking Chop you Zucchini and Slice your Cherry Tomatoes

  9. When Spaghetti is done Strain out Water and Rinse with Cold Cold Water until the Spaghetti is cold to the touch***

  10. Set Cold Cooked Spaghetti in the Strainer aside

  11. Add 1 tbsp Olive Oil & Tahini to Large Cooking Pot (now empty)

  12. Put on Simmer

  13. Add 1/4 tsp Salt

  14. Use Wooden Spatula to Mix creating a creamy emulsion

  15. Add Zucchini & Aged Tamari

  16. Mix thoroughly

  17. Raise Temperature to Low

  18. Cook 3 to 5 minutes stirring occasionally just enough to heat up the Zucchini

  19. Add Cooked, Strained and Cooled Spaghetti

  20. Add Cilantro Cream Sauce

  21. Mix thoroughly

  22. Bring up to temperature sautéing for 3-5 minutes on low to low-medium heat

  23. Stir occasionally

  24. Add Cherry Tomatoes

  25. Mix thoroughly

  26. Remove from heat

  27. Let rest for 2 minutes with the Lid off

  28. Serve topped with Plant-Parmesan and fresh chopped Cilantro

  29. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body

*** This is VERY important: gluten-free pastas continue to cook after you remove them from the heat and boiling water. If you prefer al dente pasta to pasta mush you MUST rinse cooked pasta in cold water until the pasta is cold to the touch even at the bottom of the colander. ***
