INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Skinny Asparagus Spears Raw

1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced

1+ tsp White Truffle Oil

1/4 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1 tbsp Mint Chiffonade

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 tsp White Sesame Seeds

1/4 tsp Black Sesame Seeds

UTENSILS

Medium Mixing Bowl

Cutting Board

Chef’s Knife

1/4 Teaspoon

Teaspoon

Tablespoon

1/4 Cup

1/2 Cup

Mixing Fork

Plate

PREPARATION (Asparagus & Strawberry Salad)

  1. Wash your Asparagus, Strawberries & Mint

  2. Cut off the white ends of your Asparagus

  3. Put Asparagus in Medium Mixing Bowl

  4. Drizzle White Truffle Oil, Fresh Lemon Juice & Sea Salt over Asparagus

  5. Mix with Mixing Fork

  6. Transfer to Plate

  7. Remove stems from Strawberries and slice Strawberries

  8. Add sliced Strawberries on top of Asparagus

  9. Chiffonade Mint

  10. Sprinkle on top

  11. Sprinkle with White and Black Sesame Seeds

  12. Sprinkle with Crushed Red Pepper

  13. Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
