Watermelon Ceviche fresh watermelon, garlic, shallots, jalapeño, tomato, avocado and cilantro acid cooked in lemon and lime juices served with house-made GMO free white corn chips fried in Organic coconut oil. Paired with Jamaica and Basil “Margarita.”

Caprese Salad our twist on an Italian classic with plant-mozzarella, fresh basil, cherry tomato and chocolate balsamic reduction made with raw cacao. Paired with Chocolate Mint Cooler made with muddled chocolate mint.

Caprese Deluxe Detox Pizza mini hand-pressed gluten-free black pizza made with activated charcoal topped with homemade marinara, plant-mozzarella, plant-pepperoni, black olives, tomato, pineapple and fresh basil drizzled with Habanero Agave Syrup. Paired with Tepache, a fermented pineapple Mexican beverage.

Miso & Leek Ravioli gluten-free panko encrusted ravioli stuffed with sautéed leeks, garlic and plant-mozzarella drizzled with creamy miso sauce. Paired with frozen Lavender Juniper Sour.

Tofu “Pork” Bites marinated air fryer tofu bites with apple pear compote, horseradish cream and black caviar. Paired with Caramel Apple Cider shaken cold served up.

Watermelon “Ham” marinated slow roasted watermelon looks and tastes like ham served with garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed mustard greens and reduction sauce. Paired with homemade Root Beer “Martini” with coconut cream foam.
