gathering all our ingredients raw crust all mixed up raw crust pressed in muffin tins these chocolate tartlets are ready to chill topped with chocolate sauce and all the fixings
These rich Chocolate Tartlets are so yummy and rich like fudge that’s good for you and I love mini foods like mini pies and tartlets. Sweet bites that are easy to grab and much on even when I’m on the go plus when you get served an individual tartlet or pie it feels like someone prepared this special dessert just for me. If you prefer one large Tart you can just easily hand press your Raw Crust into the bottom of an 8 or 10” springform pan and spray the sides with an Extra Virgin Olive oil on the inside of the pan before pouring it. Whether a slice or an individual tartlet, these healthy Chocolate Tartlets taste sinful without any of the actual sinning.
With all 9 essential amino acids, iron, copper, magnesium, zinc, potassium, selenium and high in fiber and antioxidants. This dessert improves circulation, reduces risk of diabetes, cardiovascular condition and cancer while an, anti-inflammatory, full of oleic acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid to aide heart, control food cravings to loose weight, boost energy with stimulants like caffeine and theobromine, increases focus, reduce cholesterol and insulin resistance, lower risk of calcified artery plaque, protect against sun damage, increase skin density and hydration, improves blood flow to brain, improve cognitive function, improve verbal fluency, improved deductive reasoning and logic and improved math skills. INGREDIENTS
1 cup Walnuts raw and chopped
¾ cup Dried Cherries or Cranberries
½ tbsp Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ cup Coconut shredded & unsweetened
1 tbsp Organic 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spices*

Food Processor

Chef’s Knife (cut dried fruit)
Teaspoon
Tablespoon
½ Tablespoon
¼ Cup
¾ Cup
Cup
Parchment Paper or Plastic Wrap or Sealed Container
PREPARATION
- Chop Walnuts and Dried Fruit (in theory the Food Processor should break up these things whole, however, in my experience, the crust integrates better when I do a rough pre-cut. That could also be the quality of my Food Processor…)
- Walnuts in Food Processor
- Pulse keeping it a little rough and chunky (we’re not making walnut butter!)
- All remaining ingredients into Food Processor
- Pulse till rough smooth
- Transfer Raw Pie Crust dough to Parchment Paper, Plastic Wrap or Sealed Container and wrap up or seal container to refrigerate
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- After an hour unwrap or remove from sealed container because your Raw Pie Crust is ready to use
- Use this crust hand-pressed into the bottom of muffin tins, springform or other baking dish, pie dish, tartlet dish, etc. and pinch off a portion, roll into a ball, press down into center of baking dish and hand-press dough to fill bottom of baking dish adding more dough as needed until a 1/8 to ¼ inch level Raw Crust has been hand-pressed into bottom of baking dish
- Top with your favorite raw cake, pie or tartlet recipe or enjoy on it’s own as a healthy little energy ball
- Eat and enjoy because every bite nourishes your body
